San Francisco is a failed city. What was once one of the most beautiful in the world, it has become and expensive, crime-ridden, filthy tribute to leftist policies. But last week, the voters recalled 3 school board members. Has San Francisco hit bottom and its residents will start to reject leftism? Or, is this just a brief interlude and the city that regularly give Nancy Pelosi 80% of the vote will continue to decline?
